Hina Matsuri Cheesecake

I found this cheesecake recipe from;

It is an amazing taste of green tea and strawberries!

Ingredients:
80g biscuits
40g butter
200g cream cheese
200ml cream
200ml yogurt
4 tbsp sugar (I used sweetened condensed milk)
9g gelatine powder
4 tbsp water
1-2 tsp matcha
80g strawberries
1. Crumble the biscuits.  Melt the butter in a saucepan and add then to the biscuits. Mix well. Put into a tray and set in the fridge

3. In the meantime blend the cream cheese with sweet condensed milk until smooth. add the cream and gelatine and mix.
4. . Divide the cream cheese mixture into three equal portions.

5. Stir now in one part cream cheese the matcha powder and mix well. Then spread the green mass on the biscuit base and place in the fridge for 15 minutes.

6. Now spread the white cream cheese on the green layer and place for another 15 minutes in the fridge.

7. For the pink cream cheese puree the strawberries in a blender  and mix with the remaining cream cheese. Spread the mixture on the white layer and let rest for at least two hours in the fridge, until the cream is firm.

8. Lift the finished cheesecake carefully out of the mold and cut into desired pieces and serve.
